Who Can Fix Florida’s Unemployment System?

It doesn’t seem that Florida can according to The Palm Beach Post‘s article entitled, “Who will fix Florida’s broken unemployment system?

The article states: “Lawmakers are united in their outrage over DEO’s chaotic and inept distribution of state and federal unemployment benefits. But they are divided along party lines on how to fix the system and their role in doing so.

Florida cannot get unemployment checks out.

If significantly intelligent men and women with money and knowledge cannot pay unemployment, then how can a non-directed evolution process with no forces, power or physical ability to direct anything produce many increasingly more complex creatures?

The fact is that Darwinian evolution is quite illogical and challenged by the facts and laws of nature that challenged the Florida Iowa caucus.

For example:

  • How can a moth morph into a butterfly? Why build a cocoon and starve yourself?
  • How can a 3 chamber heart upgrade to a 4 chamber heart? What survival advantage does it obtain?
  • How can a cold blooded animal create and add an new and unique cooling system? What survival advantage does it obtain?

The Florida DEO built a employment writing checks system for those unemployed. How difficult it is to construct a complex system of software, communication channels and hardware without failure. With Florida’s demonstration of this challenge with failure, imagine constructing and coordinating a life system. Imagine all of the different cell DNA, nerves (communication system), hormones, and the biological systems (circulatory, respiratory, etc.), which are more complex.

Florida Department of Economic Opportunity
website cannot handle the influx.

I hope you see the parallel that I am trying to point out. It is this: creating, operating and maintaining a complex computer software system is a challenge. The more complex the system, the more challenging.

Which system is more complex? Life or Florida’s reemployment assistance program?

Is Evolution A Theory? No, evolution is not a theory. If Florida’s legislators cannot agree on how to handle this simple issue, how can more complex life forms appear without complications?
