Is Evolution A Theory and how does this article demonstrate that the theory of evolution is a failed theory because it is NOT compatible with many Laws of Nature? The answer is EVIDENCE, man, Evidence.
Let me put up another quote from the article: “The requests reflect the Amazon-owned company’s policy of allowing police and fire departments to request video from camera owners who live near the scene of a crime. Some officers have celebrated the digital informants for helping them gather valuable evidence and watch over the public at large.“
The police are looking for evidence. Are you looking for evidence for the question Is Evolution A Theory?
Let’s examine a sinario:
- A gun is discharged at a house. Fortunately no one is hurt. A gun is found by police.
- A man named Joe (my middle name) is videoed by a home-security camera to have shot a gun.
- The police find the gun with Joe’s finger prints on it.
- Gun powder residue is found on Joe’s hand.
- The bullet is found in the house that matches the gun found at the scene.
- Joe says he never touched a gun in his life. Joe knows he never touched a gun because he is his own expert witness.
Would the evidence point to Joe even with his under oath testimony that he has never touched a gun? A jury would most likely find Joe guilty because of the evidence. They would discard Joe’s testimony because it is in conflict with the evidence and Laws of Nature.
Let us apply this same situation with the theory of evolution.

The bottom line is the evidence. Maybe you have accepted the theory of evolution as true like I did. But now I have seen the evidence that discounts the theory because we all know: if two theories are in conflict, one is wrong and it is discarded because it is NOT compatible with the other.
