People report in their article, “Double Take! Baby Goat with Two Faces Born at Wisconsin Farm” that a two faced or two headed goat was born at Jocelyn Nueske’s goat farm; Nueske Farms LLC.
Are these two headed animals an example of evolution or mutation? Has there probability of survival improved?
Is the two headed snake able to survive better because it can eat twice as much? Maybe 2 tongues is an evolution improvement because it can sense food better?
Is the two headed turtle able to survive better because it has twice as many eyes and can spot food better? Maybe 2 heads is an evolution improvement because it can see twice as good with 4 eyes.
I have two things I want you to think about:
I hope you can see that these animal’s two heads are not an improvement in the probability of the animals survival.
If these are evolution upgrades, why doesn’t their offspring have two heads also?
