Iowa Caucus Votes; and screws it up. Can evolution do better?

NBC News presented more news about the Iowa Democrat caucus two days failure to define a winner. The question is now, when will the winner be revealed? Or will the election have to be redone?

Another good question is, “if Iowa party leaders can’t get this right, how can we expect evolution to do any better?” Is Evolution a Theory?

In their article entitled, “DNC chair calls for Iowa to re-canvass caucus vote, says ‘enough is enough’” Phil Helsel writes the following:

Democratic National Committee Chair Tom Perez is calling on Iowa Democratic officials to immediately recanvass Monday’s caucus vote after days of uncertainty and growing concerns about “inconsistencies” found in the data.

Again, if significantly intelligent men with money and knowledge cannot pull off the election results of a caucus, then how can a non-directed evolution process with no forces, power or physical ability to direct anything produce many increasingly more complex creatures?

The fact is that Darwinian evolution is quite illogical and challenged by the facts and laws of nature that challenged the Iowa caucus.

For example:

  • How can a moth morph into a butterfly?
  • How can a 3 chamber heart upgrade to a 4 chamber heart?

The Iowa caucus demonstrated how difficult it is to construct a complex system of software, communication channels and hardware without failure. With Iowa’s demonstration of this challenge, imagine constructing and coordinating a life system. Imagine all of the different cell DNA, nerves (communication system), hormones, and the biological systems (circulatory, respiratory, etc.), which are more complex.

I hope you see the parallel that I am trying to point out. It is this: creating, operating and maintaining a complex system is a challenge. The more complex the system, the more challenging.

Which system is more complex? Life or Iowa caucus?

Is Evolution A Theory? No, and the Iowa election (or lack of clear candidate) illustrates this.
